1.1 To open a cr999 account and access any real-money service on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your account:

Real-money services will be suspended pending completion of any requested verification.

Using a VPN or other circumvention tool to access cr999 from a restricted jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.1 To register a cr999 account you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid date of birth, a working mobile number registered in your name in Pakistan, and a valid email address.

2.2 Each individual may hold only one cr999 account. Registering or operating more than one account — including through different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 cr999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on any account at any time. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, a selfie with your ID, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that do not satisfactorily complete EDD within the time period specified by cr999 will have withdrawal access suspended until the process is completed.

2.4 You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or payment method details change, you must update your account profile promptly. cr999 will not be liable for losses arising from failure to maintain accurate contact information.

2.5 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cr999 support immediately via live chat.

3.1 cr999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All supported payment channels — JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast — are operated in PKR. No foreign currency accounts or conversion services are offered on the platform.

3.2 The minimum deposit amount on cr999 is Rs500 for mobile wallet channels (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) and Rs1,000 for bank transfer channels (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs1,000 across all channels. cr999 does not impose a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.4 Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically complete within 15 to 20 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts typically complete within one to three hours during business hours. cr999 reserves the right to extend processing times for enhanced verification purposes.

3.5 cr999 operates a same-method withdrawal policy. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible. This policy exists for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.

3.6 cr999 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source of funds verification, or any other due diligence process required under applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. Any funds in a cr999 account that are found to derive from fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity will be reported to relevant authorities and may be subject to forfeiture.

4.1 By placing a bet on cr999 you acknowledge that you have read and understood the specific rules applicable to that betting market, including minimum and maximum stake limits, settlement rules, and void conditions. Sport-specific rules are published in the betting section of the platform and are updated periodically.

4.2 All bets are accepted subject to the applicable odds and stake limits displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be amended or cancelled by the user except where cr999's specific in-play cash-out feature is available and the user exercises that feature within the permitted window.

Rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, and tie-and-super-over outcomes are settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed for that event.

4.5 Maximum payout limits apply to individual bet settlements across all cr999 sports and casino products. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. cr999 will not be liable for any portion of winnings that exceed the published maximum payout for that product.

5.1 cr999 offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible registered users from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the individual promotion terms displayed at the time of the offer, which specify the wagering requirement, eligible products, minimum odds, bonus expiry period, and any other applicable conditions.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each offer is clearly stated in that offer's terms.

5.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using software tools to manipulate bonus wagering, structuring bets specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting"), or any other exploitation of promotional terms — is strictly prohibited. cr999 reserves the right to void bonus balances and any associated winnings where abuse is identified, and to permanently close accounts involved in systematic bonus abuse.

5.4 cr999's VIP Loyalty Programme operates on a points-accumulation model across Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers. Points are earned on qualifying real-money wagers. Loyalty points, tier benefits, and reward structures are governed by the programme terms published in the Loyalty section of the platform. cr999 reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty programme with reasonable notice to affected members.

5.5 Bonuses and promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Upon account closure, any unused bonus balance will be forfeited regardless of whether wagering requirements have been partially met.

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cr999 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false date-of-birth information during registration.
• Creating or operating more than one cr999 account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account without their knowledge and express consent.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software tools to interact with any cr999 product in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other users at poker, live dealer games, or any multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing discrepancies that are clearly the result of a technical fault rather than a genuine market offering.

6.2 Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, cr999 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the offending account; void all pending and settled bets associated with the prohibited activity; withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in the account; and report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7.1 cr999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All cr999 accounts include access to a suite of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods of up to 30 days, and permanent self-exclusion. 10.1 The cr999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cr999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cr999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial or personal harm.

10.3 cr999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cr999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by cr999's wilful misconduct, to the extent that applicable law does not permit such exclusion.

11.1 You may close your cr999 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days.

11.2 cr999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information; failure to complete required identity or payment verification; detection of prohibited conduct as described in clause 6; or at cr999's reasonable discretion where continued operation of the account presents legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

11.3 Where an account is closed by cr999 due to a breach of these Terms, cr999 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance, void pending and settled bets connected to the breach, and report relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cr999 operates as a platform targeting adult users in Pakistan and operates in compliance with applicable regulations to the extent required.

12.2 In the event of any dispute between you and cr999, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting cr999 customer support via live chat. cr999 commits to providing a substantive written response to all formal complaints within five business days of receipt.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the cr999 internal complaint process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. cr999's decision on sports betting settlement disputes is final and binding unless manifest error is demonstrated by the user.

12.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cr999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
